The Home Team Recovery Program

A supported Whole Family Approach

How you can avoid misunderstandings, unclear expectations, uncertainty, tension and disappointments.

Building Understanding and Connection

The Home Team Recovery Program is designed to support partners, families, and individuals in recovery through a united approach.  Recovery is not a solo journey and it impacts everyone involved in a variety of ways.  This program helps bridge the gaps in understanding each other’s perspectives, so everyone feels seen, heard, and respected.

Integrative Approach

Team Coaching

*Support for All: We bring together the partner, family, and individual to create a supportive team around recovery.
*Internal Family Systems (IFS) Approach: Using the parts model, we explore the protective and wounded parts within each person without judgment or blame.
*Shame-Free Framework: Our approach ensures that no one, particularly the person in recovery, feels shamed or broken. Recovery is a process of healing, not punishment.
*Realistic Expectations: Early recovery may not be what anyone expects.  It can be raw and also at times slower than expected. We’ll help you set expectations so they are manageable and hopeful
*Communication Tools: Learn how to talk to each other during the challenging moments of recovery, with strategies that build connection rather than conflict.

Post Rehab Support

This program is an excellent addition to a post rehab care plan.  There are many misconceptions about what a 30 day rehab program can accomplish.  While many programs provide an amazing structured environment free of accessibility to the problematic substance, and begin the work of understanding the underlying cause, that is only the beginning.

Individuals often have a great deal of rebuilding to do and that comes with added stresses, expectations and discomfort.  Feelings of shame often pervade the early days and it is difficult for loved ones to know how and when to support.

Coaches will guide you and reassure you throughout the process.
