Recovery Support Services for Individuals and Families
For those somewhere in the middle, and the families who love them
Whether you’re navigating your own patterns or supporting someone you love through theirs, the work we do together starts wherever you actually are, not wherever you think you should be.
Tailored Support for Your Recovery Journey
Whether you’re a partner or family member supporting a loved one, or navigating your own patterns that no longer serve you, I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance designed to fit where you are at in the process and where you are going.
When someone you love is struggling and isn't quite ready for help
Take the first steps in supporting a loved one struggling with addiction using a parts centred and invitation to change approach.
- Learn about the “parts” of you and the “parts” of your partner that may conflict so that the addictive process starts to make sense
- Develop compassionate communication strategies that line up with your own personal style while avoiding contributing to the shame that often drives an addiction.
- Lay out some guard rails that line up with your own parts.
- Understand the stages of change and recognize when to take action and when to step back
- You can learn much of this through research; however, applying it in your own life when the emotions are real and intense can be tricky. That is where having a strategic outside perspective can help you see your blind spots.
What can this look like?
- Time Commitment: Weekly 60–90 minute sessions (online or in-person) for a deep dive. Or you may find more frequent check ins via text or short calls, helps you stay grounded in your intention.
You don't have to have decided anything yet
Whether you’re in the early stages of wondering, somewhere in the negotiation, or ready to make a change, we work at your pace. Together we’ll consider:
- What parts of you are ready to move forward and which parts aren’t so sure it’s safe
- Strategies you may want to consider to help you learn to look inward so that you can move forward
- The role of your loved ones so that they can understand where you are, where you’d like to be and how they can support you along the way
Our work together is tailored to your needs, whether that’s weekly planning, daily check-ins or something in between. My role is to provide a safe space to explore what recovery looks like to you.
If you're here, it's likely because you have been through a lot already, whether it be grief, confusion, conflict, or exhaustion. I'm here to support you in making sense of where you go from here.
Wherever you are in the process, here's what working together can look like:- $150 (90 minutes)
- Sliding scale available for those in financial need
- I believe healing should be accessible. If you feel called to work together but cost is a concern, let’s talk.
